About Us :

Currently, our organization has approximately 70 members; 70% of our members are building owners or property managers; 30% are vendors who supply goods and services to property managers.

We have meetings are held once a month, September through June. We usually meet on the third Wednesday of the month from noon to 1:30 p.m. Our meetings are usually held in restaurants or hotels in the greater Providence area.

Usually we have a speaker at our meetings who will give us relevant information about managing property. Occasionally we tour a new facility to see the latest materials and technology in property management.

Dues to become a member of Rhode Island Building Owners are $330 a year. Complete and return a membership application form today!
